Prodentists L.P. does not offer refunds for any webinars if the customer fails to watch the webinar within the specified access period provided at the time of purchase. Additionally, no compensation or refunds will be given in the event of technical issues on the customer’s side, including but not limited to poor internet connection, device malfunctions, or incompatible software. Prodentists L.P. ensures the smooth operation of its platform and takes all necessary measures to deliver content as described. However, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring they have the means to access the webinars without interruption.
